You can partner with youtube* but you have to be a quite larger channel I believe and Youtube will pay the networks and the networks will pay you.

This is misleading and I believe you are confused, Bunny.
Anyone can join adsense. You can join it today. In fact it is the best choice when starting out. I would recommend staying on adsense until you are AT LEAST 10,000 views per month, it not 100k.
What Bunny might be referring to is the rather small and exclusive youtube partnership. It is nearly never offered to gaming channels, however. The other thing he is confusing/thinking of is partnering with networks, which offer much worse deals than adsense partnership for small channels. That is what the majority of this forum is talking about.
