How does our logo look?

Hey there, just looking for some opinions on the logo for Dumpster Gameplay. It's there in my avatar but I'll go ahead and post the image in this post as well.

I like the font for it, but I can't figure out what to do for a background or for the color scheme.

Looks good! But I'm not a big fan of the gradient. Just my opinion!

There's a very sharp point in the gradient, up in the light blue. Try smoothing that out, maybe lighten the bottom color in the gradient. Take the stroke down a pixel or two, letters touching like that is just..meh.

Thanks for the opinions, everyone. The gradient was just something I slapped up behind the wording for no real reason. Like I said, I really have no idea what to do behind it.

If you want I could try a little something for ya as well. In my eyes I see a dumpster full of games exploding out! Yet if your looking for a simple one I can do that too. But I like what you have here looking good man.
