How do you put links in your banner?

Hey everyone I just got partnered the other day, and I was wondering how they put links underneath the text. Because I see all these people with text and you can click on it and it will take you somewhere. Thanks for the replies!

Yeah you can only have the social media and one custom link, which you already have the twitter link set up so I know you know how to do that.

I think he means on the actual banner itself, like the old layout. Not the little links in the bottom right.
