How do you know if you are partnered and to what (if anything)

I'm really confused about Partner accounts. Could someone please explain it to me.

It says Partner Verified for my account... I'm not exactly sure what that means.
I feel like an idiot for asking something that my be obvious, but I just don't want my Good Standings to disappear if I do something bad.

If you're partnered, you would know. You'll have to sign a contract with a network. And I am pretty sure if you remember it or not.
Or are you simply wondering about monetazion? (Half partner)?

Yeah it's the same for me, it also says Youtube Partner at the top of another page. However, no we're not partnered, sorry for the buzz kill haha.
 
Thank you both! Its been bugging me because I know that there are contracts involved and when I saw the Partner Verified thing I was confused. And Matt, your no buzz kill :D if anything you helped me have think less lol.
And Pearl since it was brought up I am curious about monetazion. I'm a let's player and I'm afraid if I monetazion my account will get suspended because I post videos of video games. Anyway I can find out more info on this subject?

I monitsise all ym videos, here's what I know! You are aloud to use most video game content, some games (BF3 for example) don't allow you to, if you try google just simple send you a nice email saying "You didn't supply sufficient evidence supporting your use".

P.s. Want my opinion? Don't bother. Most people use adblocker, so you'll earn off 1/10 people say, you earn next to nothing from it either. You may aswell just upload for joy and wait until you're big enough for partner. (Just checked out RPM, they're a nice place to start with only 100views per day)

Thanks Matt! That really helps.. It was always my plan not to partner until I was bigger... Seems a long ways from here, but I don't plan on giving up any time soon! I love what I do :D

If you love it, then it won't feel long at all before you're partnered. Upload as often as you can and I'm sure you'll get big fast! Sadly I'm in school and youtube is blocked, so i will check your channel out when i'm home!
