You can get a partnership (half partnership) Directly through YouTube by simply monetizing videos. For a full partnership with all options such as Banner/shows etc. You need to go with a network. Hello, Just whatever you do, Don't get Partnership from, AwesomenessTV, They Partner anyone, Even people with 0 Subs and 0 Views.

You must have got answers from other about how to get a full youtube partnership but remember NO NETWORK supports bot views or any external way of achieving views or subscribers. Looking from your socialblade stat, u seem to have got lot of subs and lost lot in 2 days which clearly shows your channel history. My advice is stop that any other way of getting subs. Once in a few weeks or months you'll be able to partner with RPM (83views/day) which is a reputed network but not great. Don't become a partner yet with any other network that accept you, trust me you don't want to know the reason(already explained a lot in other posts).
