How do networks pay you?

Hi guys,
I recently joined the AwesomenessTv network, and im just wandering how they get the payment to you, do they do it by accessing your adsense or something?

They should pay you through PayPal, your Adsense wont be in use by your channel when with them so you would be able to use your Adsense on any sites you have or other channels that are not being partnered.
