How do I get partnered with a gaming channel?

hello,
first of all I apologize if there are any mistakes in my post because English is not my first language.

I want to start a gaming channel and upload non commentated games walkthroughs on it, I knew that TGN network allows you to upload non commentated walkthroughs but they require 350 views a day, how can I get these views?? Can I upload non commentated gameplayes and NOT monetize them till I get the partnership??
I had some questions for TGN, Fullscreen and BroadbandTV so I sent an E-mail to them with the same content but the NEVER REPLIED!! so my email was:

  • I want to start a gaming channel on youtube and I have some questions about your partnership:
    1- if I got partnered with you can I upload game walkthrough videos WITHOUT COMMENTARY?
    2- can I upload videos of any game with your partnership and have no concerns about match third party or copyright strikes?
    3- can I monetize all of my videos?
    4- what are the requirements of getting your partnership?
    5- if my channel already has non commentated walkthroughs (non monetized) can I still have the partnership or that's considered a copyrighted material?
    thanks.

but like I said never replied, also I saw some people on youtube uploading non commentated walkthroughs and monetize them like HassanAlHajry he's a partner with Fullscreen and MKIceAndFire he's a partner with BroadbandTV.

please anyone familiar with this answer me, thank you.

PheonixMaster1 doesn't have commentary on his videos too and he is a partner of machinima. So, in my opinion, i think as long as there is a considerable amount of audience, i think most networks would accept you. So to get the audience, you should have other unique methods to get attention. Probably like better graphics? better music? better info of the game?

maybe he contacted the games publishers to get the right of uploading no commentary games, I don't know.
