How do I edit my Dashboard?

Hi All! New here, but I looked hard first and couldn't find help, so I'm asking: How do I edit my Dashboard in YouTube Studio? Found a lot of videos that say you can do so by clicking on the "Add Widget" button at the top of the Dashboard, but I don't see any such button. Is it gone? Is there another way to edit the Dashboard?
