How do I create a 2nd partnered channel?

I'm a youtube partner and want to create a second partnered channel, but am wondering how to do that? Is there an easy way for us partners to quickly create a new partnered channel or do we need to wait in line with everyone else?

Back when my original channel became a partner you needed lots of subscribers and views before they would even consider you, but that was 4 years ago.

Becoming a "YouTube Partner" these days is nearly instantaneous. When I launched my 2nd channel, all I had to do was enable monetization and I already had access to most partner benefits. The only one my 2nd channel doesn't have is living streaming - you need 1,000+ subs for that. Otherwise, you get everything else (custom thumbnails, scheduled posts, etc.)

Just to clarify, are you talking about partnering with YouTube or with a network?
 
The partnership is with youtube. The main thing I need in my 2nd channel are custom thumbnails so I can select a good frame from my short films.

"Partnering" with youtube is not like it used to be. Now, as soon as you press the button "enable monetization" you are instantly a youtube partner and have access to custom thumbnails. Your new channel may have to be 30 days old before you get the custom thumbnails (not sure if they changed the wait 30 days or not).

I assume you are referring to an "adsense partnership" with youtube. There is a different level of partnership as well, but it is highly unlikely you are talking about that. Correct me if you are.

There is no immediate way to get your other channel connected to your adsense, however I believe if you just get a few views and a few videos you will get invited to adsense just like any new channel.

Yes there is. I had 0 views when I added monetization to my 2nd channel. It's pretty much instant these days.
