How do i add a logo banner to my YouTube channel??

Im a YouTube partner but i dont have the option for a Logo banner or any other custom setting on my channel??

Well, if you are talking about the transparent ones and when you hover over them, you can go to their channel. Those are branding options that you can set when you go into your youtube settings.

Clicking Channel Settings at the top left should bring up the appearance options, on the right of it there should be a section called Channel Banner. I would contact whoever you are partnered with if those arent showing at all assuming you have gone with a network.

You`re only a half-partner (monetization) everyone on youtube pretty much can get that partnership now,

But to get extra features (full partnership) , banner , shows etc you will need to partner through a network

You need to be a network partner I am assuming you're a generic partner (which pretty much anyone can be these days).
