How Can Maker Studios Claim A Treyarc Clip

So yesterday I posted a video about the intro for the new map Die Rise and today I got a notification saying that this is claimed by Maker. Now I got a few questions. Since I acknowledged it am I clear from copyright(keep in mind I do not monetize any of my videos)? Also how come Maker Studios Claims this and not Treyarc.

Did you take this from someone elses channel? Allow Treyarch doesn`t have their own content management system :)
 
Networks mass-claim videos on YouTube by searching specific keywords on their CMS manager. Most likely your video title/metadata included a keyword that Makers was searching for, which is why they claimed it. You could have contested it, but if you're fine with them claiming your videos, then you can always accept it. It won't affect your standing, but this does not make you clear from copyright. Record labels constantly claim videos on YouTube and then issue copyright strikes when they aren't happy with their music being featured.
 
Well I never post any music and I dont really care that they claimed it because I dont post ads at least not yet because I am still waiting on my features and i dont want copyright
