How can I make this better

I would definitely get yourself a custom background, the green is very plain the way it is currently, I did a background a while ago that might suit your channel although it is very bright:

I noticed your videos dont have any talking in them and I think if your audience knew they were at least listening to a person they would find them more interesting to watch especially how people will assume the videos are a scam, if they hear you talking as a genuine or normal person and not a salesperson they will be more likely to believe they can make money using the methods you promote.

thanks I have heard the voice thing before right now I dont have a microphone so i guess I can work on that
