I really really need help about it, I joined ATV some months ago and they haven't started monetizing my videos yet, I asked them to leave the network one month ago and the didn't answered me yet, can someone help me how can I leave the network?
If I can't, what can I do now? create a new channel or wait expire the contract? (2 years)
 
This is a thread that has been started multiple times however the long and short of it is you signed a legal binding contract if you are a partner with them, and you will finish that contract. Don't think there are any true ways around it.

I've been with them, as I know you can't leave them. The only way to leave is to close your channel. They are the worst network out there.

Nope, they have a termination agreement you can sign which takes up to 3-4 weeks to remove you from their CMS. If your stuck with them, FILL IT OUT. :)
 
another innocent person jumps into another contract without taking any notice of the contract or the networks rep
