Hit a 1000 subscribers my first 2weeks

My goal is to hit another 1000 subscribers in the next 2 weeks, The people that have subscribed has motivated me even more to push for better content and has helped me become comfortable on cam, How many subs are you pushing for and in what time frame?
 
I've always wondered how people get such a massive turnout. And here I am with 101 subs after nearly a year >.>
