It changes pretty much all the time, though a really nice steak, carbonara, proper burgers, and christmas dinner are all in the top 10 :D

I have no passion for cooking. I generally like easy things to cook that don't take judgment because I can't tell if meat is done unless I cut into it which I know is not a good thing to do. I like making the traditional Thanksgiving meal with turkey, squash, mashed potatoes, etc. the best.
