How do I partner my 2nd account with fullscreen? Really really appreciated if anyone could guide me through this :D
 
If you already have an account partnered with Fullscreen, I'd have a chat with your partner manager (whoever sent you your contract) as sometimes they might do it without applying again dependent on its success :)
 
Email your partner manager or apply via normal methods. If you have a decent sized channel main channel, I'd suggest you email your partner manager as they might have the ability to pull some strings for you.

Do this, I applied seperatly and it was a pain to link the channels together on the dashboard..
Last time I needed a channel partnered I just rang up my partner manager and he assimilated it all for me; truly painless (thanks darrel)
