Ok i tried to apply for RPM and the results where:
Low Viewership
Copyright issues
strikes

so the low viewership i understand but the last two i dont understand because of this :

Community guidelines - Good standings
Copyrights sanctions - Good standing
Content ID claims - Good standings

well everything is Good standings on my channel so i dont uderstand where the copyright strikes are coming from :(
 
you can have good standing on all but it doesn't change having copyrighted material, I see you have good standing so that's odd, just something they might have messed up....

It means you don't have the view count that qualifies you for partnership

If you have good standing it's simply the views.
 
Do you have any videos with what the image attached says?

If so they mean these.
