So this random woman contacts me in a pm on Youtube and I add her on skype. She gives information about partnership and so on. I sign the contract but what now? Do I need to wait for an email. She hasnt been online since I got the contract. Is there a site to connect to or what?

It was Viso. The contract was on the real broadband site and so on? First of all she said 3 years. gave me a contract, I said too long, she lowered it to 1 year
That seemed weird already but we read the contract 20 times or so and there was nothing wrong?

I haven't really heard anything about Viso, but if you trust them and they have a good contract I don't see why not. You can always give it a go. But read the contract good! Very good!

Hello mate, you will get an invitation to your youtube dashboard or gmail associated with your YouTube account within a few days so you should wait on that, if you've signed the contract then that's good.
As for lowering the contract down to a year seeming weird, they always give you the longest first in order to make them more money, they then lower it down to a year so its just their tactics I guess.

This sounds like a total scam. I hate to think what could happen from this point on. "Random chick contacts you, you skype her, She sounds Chinese, you sign contract"...holy crap. WHY? why would you do this?
