I don't know if this is the right section .. What paypal do I need for a partnership ? personal or business ?

I'd upgrade to Premier or Business. I'm not sure what you need, but I do know that with personal you'll run into limits pretty easily and if you're really dedicated to YouTubing, limits aren't that cool.

Paypal statement:

Will I need to upgrade to a business account?
If you have a Personal or Premier account and you provide an Employer Identification Number (EIN) to PayPal, you will be asked to upgrade to a Business account. If you have a Personal or Premier account and you provide a Social Security Number (SSN) to PayPal, you will not be asked to upgrade to a Business account.

^ This implies you wouldn't need to upgrade if you provide an SSN instead of an EIN. I would still recommend going for Business if you're dedicated to this YouTubing to reduce the limits and have full control.
I'd visit their website or email them for a straight and thorough answer though

i just currently have a personal paypal account and i will make sure if it's really neccessary i will contact paypal and as long as i get my payments from my partner network i think i would be fine lol
