Help with the Youtube Username link with new channels.

Since my old account was suspended, I created a new one. So I get on this site to change the link to my YouTube channel, but no matter what I put in, it says INVAILD USER. I put in "Joey White", doesn't work. I put in the email it says on my channel (I don't have 10 posts yet, so i can't post that) Doesn't work. I put in "UCwr6rV3uDYdlESzBgEQf3bA", still doesn't work. Is there any way to fix it?
