Help With Counter Claim

I have sent a counter claim for a copyright strike against one of my videos on June 10th. It has been over a month and Youtube sent me an email saying it should take 10-14 business days. Does it usually take this long? Who should I contact? Should I send another one? I would like to have the strike gone and my video up asap as it was going viral with over 1m views

If YouTube says it'll take 10-14 business day then that's how long it'll take. What was in this video that caused it to be claimed?

Allow YouTube some time to review it, be patient I'm sure they will get back to you in the time frame they have provided.
