Ok i need to know two things from someone who has read the contract of fullscreen.
1. Can they sue you/charge you money if you do something wrong.
2. Can they sue you?

Technically, if you breach your contract you can. But I don't see how far they'd get in charge.

I can't post my contract but if for example their contract said.

User agrees to never post green in their videos...

and you post a video with green, they could. Copywright yes, but they wont

Lo
like how would you breach their contract? do you mean copyright infringment or what?
lol!
These threads make me laugh so hard!

It's like 5 in a million chances of anything bad happening.

They won't sue you
They won't fine you

Heck I got a copyright strike closed my account, guess what?
They never even followed up on it, they honestly don't care.

If you do something wrong, you are generally given a chance to remedy the situation. If you are are still in violation of the contract after that, then Fullscreen can pursue stronger measures against you. Keep in mind that if you do something extreme that involves trying to defraud the company out of a lot of money, the local authorities may pursue the case and Fullscreen would be the least of your worries.
