i would consider this a milestone, if the mods feel it should be in the monetization forum go ahead and move it there.

but I am pretty excited, its been a long road from when I was demonetized back in feb along with lots of other small creators, hit my 4k watch hours several months ago and then hit my 1000 subscribers on the 28th of November then I just noticed a e-mail from youtube in my inbox today December 21st stating that I am approved for the partner program and monetization is enabled. went to my video manager and all my video's went green! was certainly approved faster than expected. I figured maybe by sometime between Christmas and new years I would be approved so certainly a nice early Christmas present for me, thank you to everyone who contributes to the forum here, this forum has certainly been a valuable asset in growing my channel. thank you.

While some might think that this belongs in the monetization topic, it is the successful milestones that you have achieved that makes it appropriate here, imho. Congrats!
 
must be an awesome feeling. Well done. YouTube can be real pains by email. It's nearly impossible to reach "them" by phone, but even by email it'll take forever to get ahold of them and ask them specific questions, understandable admittedly given the sheer numbers pouring in at them, but, a pain for the individual nonetheless. But again. Must feel great. Well done, good to see.
