Has my channel been ruined for partnership forever?

So let's get this out of the way. I'm guilty.
When I was looking for ways to 'enhance' my views a few months ago, I was stupid enough to buy a fiverr gig which gave "real quality views".
Obviously my views snowballed, even the organic ones later but my channel was effectively ruined.
No one would partner with me.
So I deleted the videos.
Now I love my channel, I didn't want to start again, just kill the fake views.
( I got suckered in about a month ago by 'virool' *facepalm*)
Now I just want to leave it all behind me and get a good strong partnership the honest way.
Sure, I look for new innovative methods to get more views/subs. But I do not wish to cheat...
unless I get my content to be up to scratch, I will only be cheating myself.
So finally, my question. Have I made my channel un-partnerable?
Thanks for your time, don't judge me too harshly!

I appreciate your sincere replies.

You can try, but if the majority of your views aren't genuine, I think it'll be hard for you. Also, my suggestion is that you start afresh if you wanna have a clean track record.

I think you might need to start all over again due to this.
Also, Virool is an ad promotion site, not a view buying site, so that's okay :)

My views are legit as I removed all of the 'bad' videos.

I hope not, but better now at than later. Everyone deserves a second chance... I hope!

You know you can purchase advertising from Google themselves? I would imagine that would be a bit more trustworthy. A lot of people seem to forget that when looking for quick views.
As for your question... as long as your channel is in good standing you should be able to one day.

My personal opinion is if your channel is interesting and attracts audience naturally, your channels past times (history) not that much worry Networks as long as they see the potential in your channel.
(of course im not talking about such a big things like "disabling monetization on channel" or "adsense ban on a channel for invalid clicks")

Of course, its the best to start with the new channel to have clean history, but i would not worry that much because nowadays Networks hunts channels, not channels hunts Networks.
So if you do not want to start with new channel you can keep the present one, and as soon as you get more natural attention (views/subscribers) you will notice that you will start to get invites from Networks ;)
