Guys ! please help !

I record my pc videos with frpas and render with camtaisa yet everytime me vids have these black lines on the side and other of nowhere for the last vids my gameplay has also been laggy dno why , but comeing back to black lines , i have no clue how to fix it , can ypu please check oneof my recent vids and see what i mean , and a advise to solve this problem plzzzzz and thank you for even reading

In camtasia, make sure you expand the video. Go to the preview screen (top right with video) and drag the borders.

Or paste yt: stretch 16:9 in your tags..this will stretch your video out to fit the box. I had the same issue and this fixed it!
