Hi guys,
i am looking for a minecraft server with a low population as larger server bring a lot of bs with them. I plan on recording content on this server and will willingly promote anything for the server,e.g events.

You should punch this magical little thing into your server list: 96.41.129.45 ;)
It's a low-population craftbukkit server: factions, iconomy, lockette, and more!
Make sure to join the faction: Terminal ;) tell 'em Scorch sent you! ;)

[It's up most of the day.. but sometimes it is down for repairs/updates and such!]

Yeah it is a US server. Here where I live in Oregon it is most popular around 6-10 P.M.
