With a bigger network like fullscreen not really why would they pick you when you applyed to them? maybe a smaller network but if you dont like dont accept.. many people are with them though so idk!

It depends on your channel/stats/content. Partner managers are the only ones who can negotiate, so they are the only ones who can give you an answer.
