Gorilla Campaigns.. has anyone had a successful campaign?

One of the advantages of joining full screen is that you get to do gorilla campaigns which pays a high cpm. However this only works if someone clicks through your ads? Has anyone had a successful campaign? OR is it by chance and how good your ad presentation actually is?
