I've Got It
Hi all,
First up the vid:
I'm new to this forum at the moment but I thought I'd put forward what I consider to be my best youtube video (although there are others which have been far more successful and are much shorter).
It's a 40 minute review of the new Google Nexus 7 video. Obviously I appreciate that this will not to everyone tastes, especially considering the size of it. However, I tried to create a narrative story within the video and I used pretty much every technique and creative skill I currently have.
A bit of history about the video. It's culmination of about 30 other videos of material edited together, scripted narrated and then I included music to set that all important pace to what is a long video. I can't estimate how long it took me to film all this stuff (as it comes from months of work) but putting this particular video together took me 30-50 hours.
This is also 'kind-of' a three part video. It was prefaced by a trailer video a couple of weeks before and there is a 'lite' edition of the review which is less than half the length where I cut out what I considered to be the creative bits.
Thanks in advance for watching and any comment greatly appreciate. And, of course, if anyone has any questions about how I did things in the video please ask.
