Good videocamera for facecam

Hi!
Does anyone know a decent videocamera that works good for gamers?
Preferably 1080p and 30fps to sync it with the audio and the videogame easily.

And it can't turn itself off just because it's placed on a surface and not being moved around.

The most common webcam for YouTubers is the Logitech C910 or C920. It's also what I use for all of my videos.

Can you save things to a SD card on it?
Because I don't really have any webcam capturing software.

The webcam comes with software, but it doesn't have a slot for SD cards or anything like that.
