Good sub:views ratio?

I have a higher sub:view ratio than most channels with similar subscriber numbers, most channels that get to 3000 subs seem to get near 1 million views first, need to work out how to get more views :confused:
 
I have a lot of inactive subscribers, sadly. I have 609 subscribers, my views average around 20-50 per video (though the past week, I've been getting more views than usual). So, I honestly don't know how the ratio should work, I guess it just depends...
 
I have 131 subs and 31,643 views. It's starting to balance out a little more now that I am trying to post more frequently. I left my channel mostly in-active for a long time so all that really happened is that I gained views but no subs since I wasn't posting. It all depends on how you operate your channel!
