gaming videos claimed by a 3rd party

Bryan Jacobo

I've Got It
Before I applied my gaming videos were claimed by a 3rd party, which is understanding but now sense I'm partnered with RPM I have the right to post gaming videos and earn a revenue but its still claimed from the 3rd party and i can't earn revenue off my videos

you can't earn revenue unless you have the rights to the game certain game developers (like minecraft) give you them but many don't so most networks are able to be the middle man and pay for those rights and get them off your butt so i'm guessing RPM couldn't on those game videos

Long story short, all money made of that video shall be given to the 3rd party that made the claim.
and you MAY get a strike if they decide to come back and give you one. (meaning you can lose partnership)

Play safe, and remove the video :).
You don't want a strike...

Sorry I meant. You can't claim gaming videos.

but people for example dspgaming make a living of their gaming videos and their partnered so they're aloud to make money off it? notice im with a gaming network too

Someone else may correct me but I'm sure a claim is a claim, whether partnered or no. So its gonna stay if already there.

You seem to be wondering why they won't unclaim now you're partnered. You could try reaching out to your network, they might help have the claim removed or they might advise you a different action like removing the video
