Gaming channel: Looking for honest feedback

I've Got It
OK fellow travelers of the YouTubiverse I am looking for feedback on my channel and i want people to be honest i have tried asking for feedback on several other sites and I have found most people either avoid leaving feedback or just put "Great channel bro!" so if you could please give some feedback i can use to improve and grow my channel

 
Ok, your videos are good but the problem is your branding, which is your banner in particular coz if you want to grow you should get a good banner preferabely in the new layout if you can and maybe change your avaatar, that will make you look proffesional, you want i can link you to people who can help you with graphics.

hey thanks for the input i dont have access to a banner yet because i am not a partner i am trying not to switch to the new layout because it doesnt show relevant videos on the channel page and i honestly dont agree with the idea of a channel trailer

my avatar was made for me by a friend who is a professional GFX artist so i really dont want to replace it just yet because i have only had this for less than 6 months
