What exactly is Fullscreen? And what good comes out of joining it? Also, can you guys kinda.... Dumb it down for me? :p Everything sounds so technical to me, it's kinda hard to understand. Anyway, is Fullscreen good? And would it be good for me? Or should I stay as I am? (as far as not being monetized and not being a partner goes)

Fullscreen is a YouTube network. Fullscreen is the #1 independent network on the market right now. They provide high paying ads, a huge music/audio library, forums, promotion (rarely unless you're a big channel), and other resources to use for your channel. They also have these things called "Gorilla Campaigns", and these are ad like videos you make, depending on what campaign is available, and you get extra cash from it. They also protect you against click bombing, if you were to get botted.

I've been with Fullscreen since January of this year. I love the network. They have really good support, and they break you into hubs so you're with a group of people around the same kind of videos you make. These different hubs do things like promotion. For example the vlogging hub, Vlog Union, does weekly "Vlogger of the Week" competitions, where you tweet them one of your videos, and if they pick you they match you up with 2-3 other channels around your size. Then people vote, and if you win, you get advertised a little.

well there are many things like full screen out there know as youtube networks. and if you get a partnership with these net works you get special perks like a music library some networks allow you to legally upload lets play (gaming( videos and make money off those via the ads that will be placed on your videos. but really i don't think anyone needs to join a network when there channel is still small. the net works won't be going anywhere anytime soon..just focus on your channel for now :D

Fullscreen is a very large network (technical term: Multi Channel Network) with man smaller brands/sub-networks under them (technical term: Proprietary Networks).

This means they have different smaller networks with different focuses. Each one will provide support differently, but in general ads, contract, and how they operate will generally be the same.

Pros:
  • Very large, know what they are doing
  • Many different brands/subnetworks with different focuses
  • They have reps here on the forums if you have questions
Cons:
  • Very large, so you are just one of 10,000
  • Support varies depending on who you are with
  • Recently lowered their requirements to 0 views which is generally seen as a negative.

More about their subnetworks and such: http://yttalk.com/threads/list-of-networks-and-their-requirements.67118/

The best question to ask yourself is: What are you looking to get out of a network?

Your channel is too small to consider joining any networks. Get your groove on first. Build your views and your subs before considering joining a network.

I don't regret joining FullScreen, I've always got a response to my emails, the dashboard is great. For more about what a network is, just search on the forum ;)

I joined fullscreen not to long ago, in with their Fullscreen-go program... I know my network is small and I shouldn't have joined...but I wanted to join a network not because of the money... I joined to get into something and meet other people like I did on YTtalk....[DOUBLEPOST=1372151897,1372151807][/DOUBLEPOST]You could always join up with or be invited with awefulnessTV....

It depends what you see your channel becoming down the road. For anything other than gaming then yes Fullscreen is a very viable network but for gaming channels I would say no. There are plenty of better and more beneficial networks out there to suit your needs, you need to look over what is available and what can become available to you down the road before making a decision.

Fullscreen are basically a network that you can partner with to essentially turn your views into money.

It also gives you other perks such as custom thumbnails and also some give you music library's to ensure you use only royalty free music so you don't end up with copyright violations etc.

They can also support you in a variety of different ways in order to increase the exposure of your channel and also give you guides on how to get bigger!

In other word, think fullscreen as one of the companies like Google which we dont call them companies, we call them networks, that you join and they put their ads on your videos and they will give you extra things like: free music library, and more things that KGATV said. And you make a contract with them like 1 year 60/40 split and such... MAKE SURE IF YOU JOIN A NETWORK RESEARCH ABOUT IT THEN JOIN!

Hope this helped! :)
