im not saying i will go fullscreen anytime soon i might leave it a while yet but if i did, i have copyright infrigement on three videos that i do not want to get rid of, would i get copyright strikes?

Do you have 3rd party matches or copyright strikes?

If you want to join a network (any network) you MUST get rid of these videos. Even a content match can be a no-no when some networks are concerned. All content must be your own, or you must have full permission to use it.

thanks!, tbh i would rather keep my videos and stay non partnered as i work hard on the videos and dont want to get rid of the views on them

You're fine then. What that means is the owner of what ever is claimed is letting you use that in exchange they get to put ads on your video and make money off it. It's pretty much like being granted permission. You can still join any network with those.
 
You are allowed to join a network with copyrighted content as long as it is 3rd party content and your accounts copyright is in good standing. A strike would be a different matter.
