VlogUnion is essentially a community in Fullscreen I believe.

Vlog Union is one of Fullscreen's Hubs. It has the same features, but you'll get a separate section on the fullscreen forums for vlog union stuff and you can upload videos to the vlogunion channel to help promote your channel.
