Fullscreen payouts

Hi guys! I've question about fullscreen payouts. Are they send a check directly to you only or there are other ways? I know that youtube partnership can pay you online. The problem is that in my town takes a month(or more) to cash out it(s****y banks :((( ). For order i'll have my september payout only in the end of november....

Paypal and check only? my paypal has some limits but who knows maybe someday i'll have more than limit :)

I think there is not much needed to lift the limits on PayPal,
Im not sure what exactly needed but i bet: you just need to more strongly verify your account by connecting PayPal with your bank account (if your bank offers that feature - not all offers this) or sending them your scanned ID and confirm your physical address by sending them some scanned form of some bill which has an address, something like this.

I think you should see a hint on your paypal account what exactly is needed to do to lift the limits.
This is not something that its impossible to do i think :)
