Fullscreen Payment & W9 ?

So i tweeted Fullscreen saying i want the creator dashboard thing and after a week they gave it to me, i got to the "Welcome" page and got through the 1st 2 steps. Then it asked for my paypal and w9 info, i don't understand the w9 form and don't want to fill in my paypal. Is there are way to get around this? Because i don't really like that i am forced to do it.

Just do it, and i don't know about W9 i didn't need to do it. Just the paypal
But if you don't fill in your paypal. how are they gonna pay you?

The W9 is forced, i can't get past it.

Also, i don't use paypal nor want to be paid atm.

Do anyone know of a trick or a hack to get past it?

In order to proceed, you have to provide a PayPal and a W9 Form.

Sorry, there's no way around it.

You are obligated to sign and return a completed W-9 once the requester has asked you to do so, which they have. Be sure to include your SSN, your signature written by hand and the date of signature. If you're not a U.S citizen, get them to send you a W8-BEN instead.
