Fullscreen Partnership Requirements?

I have heard tons different rumours going around about the fullscreen partnership requirements so I wanted ask you guys to perhaps make it a little clearer for me. Some say that Fullscreen requires tons of subs and views, but others say that all they are looking for is quality content and a responsive audience. So if you have any knowledge on the more specific requirements, please let me know! :D

I think its a blend of quality content and views but the common consensus that I hear is that 750+ views is a good number to aim for.

They tend to look for quality content but the set requirements seem to be 750-1000 views daily.
I saw a post by a FS recruiter on another forums I`m on and she said they were looking for 30,000 views a month or exceptional content.
