Fullscreen New Dashboard!?

Ok, so I got invited to the new dashboard thing they have. It seems good, but the only problem is I can't get past the payment process. I don't want to get paid, atm nor give me info to Fullscreen. Is their any possible way to get past the payment and address setup? Please help. Thank you.

I'm very very confused I just want to setup the payment process later and just use the dashboard.

Thanks Hopefully they will let me skip the payment and address stuff.
