Fullscreen Network

Today, fullscreen looked over my channel and said I'm able to join this network. I do gaming videos and mostly Nintendo with commentary but would i got copyright strikes because i have a small channel?

Most likely not but since Nintendo is now a partner they can monetize or strike you if they wish to and your network won't be able to really save you on it at least i believe that's one thing that's got people at arms on Nintendo for their recent move onto YouTube

I'm able to use thumbnails without being partnered with a network? Someone said If i did that i could get in trouble for doing that. :O
