Fullscreen directly or CreatorX? (Contract Questions)

Hello dear Community

I decided to join the Fullscreen network, so I was going to link my YouTube channel with the apply site.

After this I saw this:
You're almost done! After this, you're one step closer to getting your channel partnered.

Above this text was the agreement I think this is the contract but I'm not sure.
So does this mean if I accept the agreement and fill out the form, I will get in to the network?

Than I found a Sub Network from Fullscreen "CreatorX" there I have to type in my channel name and answer some question to see whether I can get partner.

They said I can get partner with CreatorX but I don't now how long the contract from this network is hand how much percent of the money I get paid.

So my main question is, should I partner my channel directly with Fullscreen or with CreatorX?

CreatorX is a smaller subdivison of Fullscreen. I would go for FS directly.

The length and payment terms of your contract are written in the contract. Make sure you read it carefully before you sign it.
