So i applied for Fullscreen partnership and they accepted me. Now it's taking a while for them to send me the contract, it has been 4 days already.

Nope, there's nothing there.

You probably aren't processed yet. When you're processed, you'll get a copy of your contract and sign in info to the dashboard along with a pdf of a welcome packet to explain how the dashboard works. Then you sign in and enter some info-and link it to your youtube channel and wait for youtube to give you the option to join the network. That last step can take a long time.
