Fullscreen contract community guidline strike

Hey if i sign the contract even though i have an community guidline strike not copyright! will it work? because a month ago another fullscreen manager said he not sure if it going to work, but i just recieved a contract if i sign it will it work?

the support guy said, he can't do anything about the split till im fully partnered with fullscreen, so this means i have to accept the contract that says 60/40 when im meant to have 70/30 but listen, 1 month ago i had fullscreen partner manager that wanted to partner me but couldn't because of my community guidline strike (not copyright) and he said it might not work to put me on the dashboard, but i just checked now that i am in the dashboard already but it pops up with to agree the contract, all my youtube stats everything on the dashboard, so this means it can work right? So should i sign the contract and see what happens? because i dont want an 60/40 split -.- please is there anyway you can get me an partnership manager?
 
Let me see if I can find someone to give you an answer. Do not sign anything until you hear from someone at Fullscreen.

I talked with the guys in support. You cannot be partnered with Fullscreen until your community guideline strike has expired and you have unpartnered with RPM. Once the strike is removed (they stay for 6 months), feel free to apply again if you wish to partner with us. Keep working on your channel to build up your subscribers/views and you may be offered a better deal. Good luck with everything :)
