Fullscreen bulk annotater??

As u may know if you are part of fullscreen. Youtube asked fullscreen to remove the bulk annotater. If anyone knows plz let me know why??

I tried to find the reason too, but oh well. It doesn't hugely matter as we can do annotations ourselves.

I believe it had something to do with it slowing down the video watch page or something. I'm not entirely sure.
