Fullscreen and TGN 60/40

Hi guys!

I felt kinda uneasy, well okay this is what happened. I make gaming video also I signed a contract with fullscreen and is a 60/40 split 2 years contract, Yup I signed it. Lets go a while back. I applied a partnership with fullscreen, but before that a TGN recruiter pmed me in youtube and give me a 60/40 splits, 3 months trial and 3 years contract. I don't want to be locked for 3 years and so he later on give me another contract which is 1 year. then Fullscreen accepted my partnership and give me a contract which is 60/40. I did some research and some people in forums shouted out, 60/40 is not a good one. So I told the tgn recruiter 60/40 is a bit less for me and he rejected me at first, and later on follow by an e-mail saying we can talk this over. I found him untrustworthy and continuously changing contract so I still go for fullscreen a 60/40 split but still got a feeling my channel worth at least worth 70/30. Can I request for a better splits in-between the 2 years fullscreen contract when I get bigger?

I started youtube one and a half month ago and manage to get 600 subs, 10k views per day with just 15 videos. I got a secret project coming up soon which is absolutely creative and gurantee huge improvement from now.

My main principle is kind of lame and emotional lol, When I get into a network I want to be with them forever, so I hope I'm making the right decision signing up a 2 years contract with fullscreen, I trust them more than TGN. I do love both networks but hope I'm not eaten up lol :D

Tell me your overall thoughts, If my channel suddenly get bigger. Can I change to a better revenue splits like 70/30 with fullscreen? Or 60/40 with fullscreen are already better than other network (lets say 70/30?) and adsense?

You can always try to ask for a better split, and if you don't like the contract don't do it. Also if you do 2 years and don't get the split I think they will just release your channel so you can always give it a try.

Once you sign you cant change even if you get bigger. So do it carefully
Is your channel gaming channel?

Maybe they will not change your contract although you have bigger channel but maybe they will because your channel is getting popular, so they will change the contract ;)

If I were you, talk to your support manager when approaching the end of your contract and ask for a better deal. If not, you can always just leave the network and reapply at a later time. Remember to keep your options open, and look around for the deal that best suits you, YTtalk is a great source of information and we have many people who have worked in such networks and will be able to help you out. Me included.

I'd avoid the BBTV recruiter if I were you. I've heard many mixed reviews about them and their recruiters seem to of been recruiting a lot recently.

They are not going to change your split anytime soon, but if you were to get significantly bigger, they would probably raise it. I have heard on multiple occasions that Fullscreen has changed contracts before the termination date. They are a good network, so you should be fine. I would never sign a 2 year deal, but they are a good network overall.

Oh, many thanks Dananuh. Really appreciated, thanks :D and I do think Fullscreen are much more safer than TGN, Although TGN give me a better deal... I chose the safe route lol.

Thanks, Really glad to hear, I'm really hope I can at least get a 70/30 splits, of course it will be better if is 80/20. What do you think about a channel that get 10k views a day. average of 20 - 40 subs a day. currently 750 subs. is it normal for such channel to get 60/40? I'm a noob/newb when it comes to partnership lol.

If you want the best split. It's Curse. 90/10 split, no lock-in. If you have 10k views per day, you can get in.
