Fullscreen and disabled adsense

hi this is my first post here, have been reading a lot of materials prior which led me to applying for fullscreen partnership and funnily enough, one day after I submitted the application my adsense account was disabled due to suspicious click activity. Anyway long story short, my appeal was rejected and I'm in the process of starting with a brand new channel however will this be a hindrance for my ability to obtain fullscreen partnership in the future?

There was a thread which advised to create a new channel and don't even bother to apply for monetization - simply build up the channel and apply for fullscreen. However another thread also indicates if the partnership gets accepted you'll need to activate the monetization account which is basically having a link to adsense. Am I mistaken to think that this will be a waste of time and google will just reject any future application?

You will need active monetization on your account in order to be partnered with any network. If you enable it, but don't monetize any of your videos, there shouldn't be a reason for the tab to get disabled again.

The latest YT monetization doesn't require you to link with an adsense first of all, so you should be fine.

I thought fullscren requires the pontential of current adsense earnings not just traffic activity.
