Fulllscreen help?

I applied and was accepted to Fullscreen AND Creator X as well. I partnered my account with Fullscreen but when I logged into my Fullscreen account I didn't get the welcome message , and I'm supposed to have to connect my YouTube the first time I log in. But it didn't pop up. I think it may be because I used a different email then the one connected to my YouTube. The thing is, I also applied to Creator X ( a sub-network of Fullscreen) and I used the correct email for that application. I was also accepted into Creator X. So should I complete the registration with Creator X even though my YouTube is already connected with Fullscreen? Or should I just change the email of my current Fullscreen account (I've already tried but it wouldn't change)? I'm excited to work with Fullscreen or Creator X and am very happy I was accepted to both but I'd appreciate the help!

Okay, thanks! I emailed Fullscreen! But, just wondering what makes both of you say it's better to go with them rather than Creator X? (other than the support as you said)

In a way. I see it as, I would rather be with the big boy. I don't trust any new small companies with my channel. Creator X has not been around for very long, they don't really even have any hubs, and they are just a mini Fullscreen. Fullscreen is a company you can trust to sustain its current state the entire 2 year term. I don't think Creator X has even been around that long. Just my personal opinion, but avoid the little guy. Plus, they are just a middleman. They offer nothing in addition to Fullscreen what so ever.
