Free Sound Effects for YouTube Videos

I have been making some free sound effects for you all to use in your videos and whenever I do in the future I will update this thread.

These effects can be used in your videos and other works and are 100% free and royalty free, they can be used commercially and they can be used in your YouTube videos without worrying about copyright issues, I only ask that they're not redistributed. I dont ask for credit for them although it would be very appreciated and I do not ask for any money for using these.

These were made from various sounds around the home and I hope you like using them. There are 64 in this first pack and are all in mp3 format. I hope to do some more providing people like the first lot.

Some of the sounds:

Squeaks, Bangs, Door slams, running water, toilet flushing, COD Double Points (threw that in there for the fun of it), various beating noises, grating noises, alien noises, strange sounds that I couldnt really name, rustles, crunches, snoring, coughs and much more!

Please find them attached below. Any comments, criticisms and likes are welcome :)

Please note, I am aware of my spelling mistake on the "squeek" mp3 files.

Yeah I'll link you if I use any in a video! You know about any other free sound effects or music? I would like some to enhance my vids and I find it so difficult finding good music to create atmosphere. Or just to put over vids.

Theres very few sites out there that do full songs, danosongs.com does them and incompetech.com but you need to leave credit for using them which isnt so bad but at least theyre fully royalty free for commericial use too. For sound effects there is soungle.com but there isnt that many there IMO. I was considering starting to learn a program like Reason 5 for creating music at least then theres no issues with copyright etc

I would like that too thanks :) I plan on doing a few more packs like this one for everyone here, I might do one tomorrow if I get a bit bored.

youve just named some websites that i have visited in the past. I'm sure there are plenty of simmilar websites out there for royalty free music and free sound effects that people my know of.. If anyone has a list of simmlar type websites please do share.

I am considering having a right good look on the net and compile that list over this weekend, people need somewhere solid to refer to for finding free music and effects without worrying over licenses etc
