I have been looking at this channel for a long time, and I were wondering how this guy claims music videos that he does not own, there are a lot of music videos from famous artists like Demi Lovato, Taylor Swift, Justin Timberlake...in the channel.

Check out this example:

This is the original video from Demi Lovato: /watch?v=1zfzka5VwRc
Here is the stolen video from KhoailangVEVO: /watch?v=duiXCcthQRY

I notice two thing:
- The stolen video was zoomed in a little bit.
- The tune of the stolen video was lower a little bit.

By doing these simple steps, this fake VEVO channel can monetize stolen videos without any notice from Youtube checking process, even get into a Network because of its huge views.

I'm not jealous or anything, I just hate it when people sneak around the laws and earn money from that.

So how to report those videos? I only see "Infringes my rights" option in the flag button and I'm not Demi or Justin Timberlake.

I don't see how a network would ever allow him in. It seems like they would realized right off the bat what he was doing. Maybe they just don't care? I don't know...

According to Social Blade, he's partnered/claimed by SonyBMG, so I don't think he's actually making any money.

Edit: And this is the official Sony network that claims On Direction, Michael Jackson, Beyonce, etc. So they must just let him keep uploaded but are pocketing the revenue.

There are ads in the videos, it mean they are claimed. So I think that person is making money. And the network accepted him because they don't care, they just want to get some benefit with there partner. I have a friend, and he just got accepted to RPM eventhough he only have 50 subscribers and 1000 views.

SonyBMG is not a network. That means that he has copyright owned by Sony and Sony is making money from those videos.

yes what some guy here said, if in SB say that is claimed by SonyBMG then than means that it has ads on his videos but the revenue goes to SonyBMG not to him.. SonyBMG is claiming the videos and taking the money of the ads
